Budget management

All nonprofit organizations are required to operate within board approved budgets. Once budgets are created, they can be released into Acumatica and configured to notify users when an over budget scenario occurs. The Budget Checker tool is available on all data entry screens to allow users to see what the full impact will be of their current transaction.

Over Budget System Restriction Options:

  • Warning Only: Warn users, but allow them to continue processing the transaction.
  • Over Budget Approver Required: Require an over budget approver to approve the transaction before it can be released.
  • Over Budget Not Allowed: Restrict users from releasing transactions until the document is within budget.

Unlimited Users

With unlimited users, there’s no extra cost for your Board Members to have a customized login, that will enable them to keep current on the financials you want them to see.
